The Youth Empowerment Solutions (Y.E.S.) Project of AIRC is dedicated to increasing the capacity of nonprofits to better serve youth in rural and tribal communities through comprehensive training and technical assistance. The Y.E.S. Project will provide capacity building activities, which are designed to increase an organization's sustainability and effectiveness, enhance its ability to provide social services, develop and diversify its funding sources, and create effective collaborations which impact youth and community violence.
