According to Title 18 of the Oklahoma Statutes, any charitable organization which shall solicit or accept contributions from any person in Oklahoma by any means is required to register with the Oklahoma Secretary of State. There are exceptions, however, for certain types of organizations and any organization which collects less than $10,000 per year from charitable solicitations.
